Our process is as following
Profiling : Understanding and profiling the requirements of the position in terms of deliverables and critical competencies
Sourcing: We use a combination of networks, and technology led search to identify the right fit of candidates and provide the organization with a screened and interested shortlisted candidates.
Assessment: Based on the feedback from the organization, PB Select would conduct detailed assessments of the candidates with behavioral event interviewing techniques, psychometric profiling, social media profiling, and cultural fit assessment.
Final short list : PB Select will provide a detailed report of shortlisted three candidates for the organization to interview.
Reference Check: PB Select will provide detailed reference check if needed.
Offer management: We will provide support in offer closure and candidate acceptance. This support will continue till the date of joining.
It is important for the organization and the new executive who has joined to integrate quickly. This is critical for success of the individual in the new role and deliver as per expectation of the organization.
Our consulting expertise is leveraged to provide the executive with 3 months onboarding integration support through executive coaching. The executive coach will be a buddy to the CXO and also interact with the key stakeholders in the organization to ensure smooth integration and addressing any areas of concern.
